Live-album van Antony and The Johnsons met orkest op komst: Cut The World
Zou zomaar eens meer indruk kunnen maken dan jongste album Swanlights van najaar 2010: een live-album van Antony and the Johnsons, in samenwerking met het Deens Nationaal Kamerorkest nog wel. Op 6 augustus verschijnt Cut The World, een registratie van een concert met dit orkest dat Antony and the Johnsons vorig jaar september gaven in Kopenhagen.
Het album zal twaalf nummers tellen, afkomstig van de vier studioplaten die het gezelschap onder leiding van Antony Hegarty tot nog toe maakten. Behalve het titelnummer Cut The World zelf, dat niet eerder op een van de albums of EP's te vinden was. Zie of uw favorieten op de tracklisting staan en zie een live-opname.
Antony Hegarty treedt dinsdag 5 juni op in het Amsterdamse Concertgebouw, begeleid door het Metropole Orkest.
